From customer insight to products that work.

I’m a Senior Product Manager at Mono Technologies, working across platform products and developer-facing experiences for fintech businesses. My scope spans API management, dashboards, developer documentation, integrations and internal tools.

I bring a Computer Science background and a customer-first perspective shaped by earlier roles in customer success and partner management. Today, I work with engineering, design, support, compliance and commercial teams to discover opportunities, prioritise work, define requirements and deliver improvements. I also write at Product Princess, Honestly.
